As a luxury brand, T|W Tote wants to change how people look at fashion and lunch bags. Our insulated totes are designed to keep your food warm or cold while you are on the go, whether you are a man, woman or non-binary person looking to purchase a professional lunch bag. Each item is a unisex, vegan leather lunch tote that the entire family can use.
All totes are in stock unless otherwise noted. There are rare instances where our inventory is not reflected correctly on our site. In such a case, we will notify you.
Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped.Orders are processed and shipped out of our Maryland facility Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (EST). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions.
Unfortunately, due to USPS cutbacks and delays, packages that are shipped are not being scanned as regularly as we'd like. Meaning we ship a package via USPS, they are not always scanning it, therefore there is no tracking available. Our shipped packages have arrived at their final destination without ever having been scanned as "accepted" by USPS. While frustrating for you, it's also frustrating for us. Sadly, we have no way to improve USPS's tracking.
Due to USPS's inefficiency, we will no longer be able to respond to shipping/ tracking inquiries within 20 days of your purchase.

If you provided a cell phone number, a delivery notification will be sent via sms when your package on its way. All orders are sent with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be delivered to your delivery address. A signature IS NOT required for deliveries. If your lunchbox is undeliverable, it will be returned to our facility. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.
Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail or text notification containing tracking information where you can view the status of your order. All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.
All international orders are shipped via DHL. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location and includes any associated duties and taxes. You will be able to view shipping charges before you submit your final order. Please note: we are obligated, by law, to declare the proper value on all shipments.
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your tote.
Returns or exchanges are offered within the contiguous United States on all tote purchases, unless otherwise noted. This offer is valid for one return or exchange per order. If a second return or exchange is needed, the cost of shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of the United States. For questions about your international order, please contact us.
Surprise sale, embossed totes and select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
Our Warranties Cover:
- Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
- Failure of materials
- Production defects
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Shipping costs for bags returned outside of the USA
- Bags damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Bags showing excessive wear and tear
- Bags lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Bags with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Bags returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Bags that indicate use other than its intended purpose
- Bags damaged by third-party shipping companies
- Third-party alterations made on the product
- Bags that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been adequately cleaned
- On rare occasions, past abuse of our Return Policy
- Lost/Stolen bags
- Our All Mighty Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen packs or pack components.
- Cosmetic Wear and Tear
- We do not cover any reasonable aging of your tote that affects only the appearance and not the function of your pack. Be proud of your bags natural weathering! Example: Issues such as frayed stitching are not covered.
The standard warranty covers (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product subject to conditions contained above.
The lifetime warranty covers (5) years from the original date of purchase of the product subject to conditions contained above.
Warranty Claims Process
Any warranty claims must be made by customer no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the expiration of the applicable Warranty Period. We may ask you to send us a photograph of your product to validate the claim and, in some cases, we may request that you return the product for inspection. We reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.
How long will it take?
Once your bag has been received, the Returns Team will have (7) business days to evaluate the return under the provisions of the warranty. If your tote does not qualify, you will be notified via email. If your tote does qualify, you will be provided tracking information for your refurbished or replaced tote.
