This company is inspired by the owner, Andrea Scott’s award-winning bilingual children’s book: Smile Big Dream Bigger which encourages people to learn about different cultures. In addition, you are able to learn a new language, and teach the world to dream.

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, Credit, and Debit card payments.

* Packages will not be shipped until payments are received.
* If for any reason, you have questions or concerns about the products, please contact us.
* There are times when Etsy has internal issues with payment. If that ever happens we will contact headquarters to find out a solution and keep you informed on the next steps.

SHIPPING

* Our packages are wrapped in boxes which can be recycled.
* We ship with the US Postal services
* We offer standard shipping and provide a tracking number for all our customers to keep up to date with their arriving purchases
* Unfortunately, we do not offer rush shipping. All items will be shipped within 5-7 business days
* Please keep in mind that we will only ship to addresses matching the address from the chosen form of payment. Shipping to different addresses will cause delays so please ensure that your billing and making addresses are in sync.
* Shipping will depend on the local post office as some packages arrive quicker than others. This is why we provide a tracking number so customers can know the step-by-step of their packages.
* We do ship internationally, but shipping can be delayed and that is out of our control. We will provide customers with a tracking number during purchase.
