Naturally London handcrafts botanical-based footcare, handcare and nailcare products to ignite joy in your daily selfcare regimen. Our products soften, moisturize and maintain proper foot & hand health. Naturally London strongly believes foot + hand care equals selfcare.

Our non-toxic products do not contain any synthetic colors, artificial fragrances, parabens, wax, mineral oils, phthalates, sulfates, petroleum or micas. Our in-house recipes never have water as the first ingredient.

Our Mission

Naturally London products are formulated by a certified aromatherapist using ingredients with holistic benefits. Our cruelty-free, non-toxic products are handcrafted in Maryland. We are producing artisanal quality products in sustainable packaging.

2021 Plastic Less Initiative

In 2021, Naturally London is taking a strong stance on plastic. We package our products in glass jars and bottles with plastic lids. We are on track to have eight of our 11 products be completely plastic free. While only three of our products will still incorporate, this means 73% of our product offering will not include any plastic packaging. Woohoo!

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Thank you for your business! Our goal is to get every order out promptly. Orders for items that are in stock will be processed in 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, allow 1-2 business days for shipping. You will receive an email notification once your item is shipped containing your tracking information.

For out-of-stock items, we will ship them withing 3-5 business days.

Due to the COVID19, there a few shipping delays. Read our COVID19 Policy.

*During Summer months, your order may be delayed due to hot weather in order to maintain the integrity of our products. Butters, Salves and Polishes will not be shipped during heat waves.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Naturally London only ships to select countries. If you do not see your country, please contact us via email. Any and all customs fees and charges related to your (the customer’s) order/package are 100% your responsibility. Naturally London is not responsible for and will not pay customs charges for any orders. International orders can take several weeks to arrive as they must pass through customs, therefore, we can not guarantee a timeline.

Payments are made upon purchase either via PayPal or Stripe, which allows you to pay via credit or debit using Visa, Mastercard. Also, we accept Discover and American Express credit cards.

Returns & Refunds on naturallylondon.com: Did one of our products leave you unhappy? If so, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. We do not allow returns. In the case of a refund, a refund will be issued in the same manner they were received and merchandise credit will be issued in certain instances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.

Complimentary Consultations: If you have questions on what product is best for you, please email us at love@naturallylondon.com. We will happily assist you to free consultation.

Free Stuff: We provide *free samples with qualifying orders. Must spend a minimum of $50.00. *While supplies last.

Flat-rate Shipping: We offer $4.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders. For a limited time we will offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders.

DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)

If you have any problems with your order (not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately at love@naturallylondon.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).

Please note: Naturally London is not responsible for any additional shipping costs and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be cancelled or modified. Please note: there is a 10% restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments to include your refund.

COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves daily, we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of everyone (our customers, our communities and our staff).

All of Naturally London's staff are fully vaccinated. Getting the vaccination was 100% voluntary and shows our dedication in keeping each other safe, as well as all of you.

Our online store is OPEN. All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours. Due to COVID-19 obstacles, shipments from our providers USPS and FedEx are being delayed. USPS update: Our customers are experiencing their tracking numbers not being updated by USPS, but their packages are in route. Also, packages set for 1-2 day delivery are taking up to 7-9 days for delivery. We apologize for this inconvenience.
