I read that quote for the first time in middle school many years ago when writing a report about Ms. Angelou. It's stuck with me throughout my life and has always been a reference point for me in so many situations. Reaction Apparel was born out of the need to not only make people think about how their actions are affecting the world, but invoke emotions that make people WANT to change the world. The messages and imagery displayed on our apparel are meant to display pride in self and the desire for change. But more importantly, let the wearer display what they represent without ever saying a word. Reaction Apparel is for all, but truly for those who want to change the world in their own way.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Orders placed after 5:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking information. 

 We offer $7 flat rate shipping to United States customers, and free shipping on all orders $50 and up. We do not currently ship internationally.  Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reactionapparel21@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund or exchange. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For exchanges, please include receipt or proof of purchase.
