Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

  • All items are shipped via USPS.
  • International shipping is available for select countries.
  • Processing times may vary and are typically within 2-3 business days depending on when your order was placed.
  • Once your item(s) has shipped, Perfectly Hued is no longer responsible for your shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned items.
  • We ship Monday - Friday.
Payment options

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made securely with any major credit card, debit card or via PayPal check-out system. You do not need to have a PayPal account for checkout, although you are free to use one. We do not accept personal checks. Please be advised that items are only shipped after your payment has cleared our banking institution.

Returns & exchanges

RETURNS:

All sales are final; however, please contact us with any concerns. Our number one goal is your satisfaction. If your product is received damaged see below.


DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please contact us if your shipment is damaged. All damaged items must be verified by the USPS representative and remain in the original box. We will not honor any claims that have not been verified. All damaged items will be replaced with the same item once verified.
