Rooibos means “red bush.” It is a member of the Fabaceae family of plants that grow in South Africa. It is naturally caffeine free and rich in antioxidants. Our tea is flavored with natural vanilla to enhance the natural sweetness of the tea.
The color range is from deep crimson to vermilion depending on how long it is steeped. We recommend 5 min in 200 degree water. The impact is floral/sweet to almond.
