Shipping Policy

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Vibration, LLC is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Correct information must be provided upon check out. The customer is responsible for all packages upon delivery.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the eligible products* for a refund OR exchange the eligible product* for another of equal value.
You can return an eligible product* within 10 business days from the date that your items were delivered. Returns outside of the10 days will be issued a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
